What a first session can look like
In a first session, we’ll get clear on what’s happening now, what your system is doing to protect you, and what change would actually look like in real life. I’ll usually bring in a mix of nervous system work, hypnotherapy, and body-based techniques depending on what you need.
Some people notice a shift immediately. Others need a few sessions to stabilise and build safety first. Either way, we go at the pace your system can tolerate.
