I’m a London-based therapist and breathwork practitioner. I work with people who look “fine” on the outside, but inside feel wired, flat, or one bad email away from losing it.
My work sits at the junction of subconscious mind + nervous system. If you’re stuck in anxiety, phobias, confidence crashes, trauma responses, habit loops or addictions, it’s rarely a “think harder” problem. It’s a pattern your body learned, then kept repeating.

Sessions: Online worldwide, and in-person in London (near Barbican).
What I do
I help you get unstuck when your nervous system is running the show. That can look like anxiety, panic, phobias, performance anxiety, people-pleasing, shutdown, compulsive overthinking, and the kind of addictions that quietly prop you up until they don’t.
I also work with children and teens when it’s a good fit (usually anxiety, confidence, phobias, and big feelings that won’t shift).
How I work
We start with what’s happening now: the trigger, the thoughts, and what your body does next. Then we work with the subconscious using hypnosis, breathwork and timeline-style methods to clear the old “coding” and build a new response you can actually live with.
In simple terms:
1) calm the system
2) find the pattern (sensations, images, beliefs)
3) update it, then practise the new response
- Subconscious change work (the patterns underneath the story)
- Nervous system regulation (breath + body cues + tolerance)
- Anxiety, panic, phobias, confidence & performance anxiety
- Habit change & addictions (quiet or loud)
- Children & teens (by request, where it fits)
What sessions feel like
Most sessions are eyes-closed. You’ll be in a comfy chair (and in some rooms you can lie down on the sofa). We slow things down, check what’s happening in your body, and follow the thread.
Some sessions feel calming. Some feel emotional. Some feel like “oh… that’s what’s been driving this.” You don’t have to overthink or second guess anything.
You’ll leave with:
• a clearer understanding on what’s happening in your body
• tools tailored to you (not generic advice)
• a plan for what we’re doing next
Training & credibility
I’m accredited and I work within a clear ethical framework. I’ve spent years inside high-pressure organisations and education settings, so I’m used to real-world stress, not just theory.
I’m trained in cognitive hypnotherapy and breathwork, with a nervous-system-led, trauma-informed lens. I keep it practical: we aim for change you can feel in your week, not a nice insight you forget a couple of days later.
