Sarah Jons | Therapy & Breathwork

Therapy that works with your nervous system

If your brain won’t shut up, your body’s stuck on high alert, or you’re running on ‘fine’ while quietly falling apart — this is the kind of therapy built for that. You can also explore the specific issues I work with from the homepage.

We work with the subconscious and the body. That means we calm the system first, then change the pattern underneath the symptoms.

Sessions: Online worldwide, and therapy in London (Barbican & Bounds Green area).

What I help with

You don’t need to tick every box. These are the themes I see most often:

Fertility work: that lives in my specialist space. If that’s what you’re looking for please visit there.

If you want something more specific, you can read:

How the work works

We start with what’s happening now: the trigger, the thoughts that follow, and how your body responds.

From there, we work with the subconscious using hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, breath-led regulation and timeline-style methods to update the response at the level it’s actually running from.

This isn’t about analysing harder. It’s about changing the pattern where it lives.

In simple terms

1) Calm the system

So you’re not trying to change from a state of threat or overwhelm.

2) Track the pattern

Sensations, images, beliefs, reflexes — the full loop.

3) Update it, then rehearse the new response

So it holds up in real situations, not just in the room.

What sessions feel like

Most sessions are eyes-closed, seated in a chair (sometimes a sofa). We slow things down and follow what your nervous system is signalling rather than pushing past it.

Some sessions feel calming.
Some feel emotional.
Some feel like a quiet internal shift.

You don’t need to perform, and you don’t need the perfect explanation.

You’ll usually leave with:

  • a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your system

  • tools tailored to you (not generic advice)

  • a sense of what we’re doing next and why

Online therapy vs therapy in London

Online: works brilliantly for anxiety, phobias, confidence, and habit work. You can do this from your own space.

In person (Barbican & Bounds Green area): for those who prefer being in the room, or want a more embodied session.

If you’re looking for therapy in London and want to check fit first, send an enquiry.

A quick note on fit

If you’re in immediate danger, or you need urgent medical or psychiatric support, this isn’t the right place to start. Use local emergency services or your GP.

For everything else: if you’re unsure, ask. I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m a good fit.
